Founded by Sam Eldredge, Noble Counseling is built upon the idea that we are Heart, Mind, and Spirit, and our care should reflect this. As a licensed therapist and nationally certified counselor, I work with adult men, women, and couples in pursuit of inner healing.
We believe that life is a story that is unfolding and that it is only through healing, inside and out, that we can stop living from our false self and begin to really live.

My approach is informed by the work I have done with Dan Allender’s Narrative Focused Trauma Care, Internal Family Systems, Experiential & Psychodrama, and most of all the way the wounds of our past effect our ability to live in the present.

Our office is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with teletherapy. We currently work with clients all over the country!
